Lesley
Smith studied history at the universities of St. Andrews and Oxford,
where she gained her doctorate in modern history.
After ten years as a journalist in broadcast television, and two years as a freelance video producer & writer, she gained an MFA in Creative Writing from George Mason University. She now teaches in New Century College, the home of George Mason's interdisciplinary undergraduate program, and divides her time between the first-year integrative studies program and the internet and multimedia studies concentration. |
