Shown below are crystals of homoserine transsuccinylase that were generated by Donald Huddler at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. As you can see, the crystals are not completely filled in, meaning optimization is required. However, they did diffract to approximately 5 angstroms. We have also generated crystals of homoserine transacetylase and are currently optimizing those conditions.
